29er coaching that builds fast, smart, and fearless sailors.
Tino's 29er training combines on-water performance sessions, classroom debriefs, and race-proven strategies that meet each athlete where they are — from their first kite hoist to podium finishes.
This is where sailors learn to master control, sharpen instincts, and sail beyond their limits.
The Training System
Deliberate Practice.
Measurable Progress.
The program is built around structure and purpose. A proven system that develops control, speed, and decision-making through focused repetition and continuous feedback.
Every session combines on-water precision with off-water awareness. From boat handling and tuning to race tactics and recovery, each block builds on the last — creating steady, lasting progression.
Sailors leave every session knowing what changed, what improved, and what comes next.
On-Water Sessions
3–4 hour training blocks with defined goals, live coach-boat feedback, and progressive drills. Each session adapts to the sailor's level and wind range.
Off-Water Development
Preparation that sustains performance. Rigging standards, mobility, recovery, and rule-based strategy designed for high-performance skiff sailing.
Race Support
Coaching that connects preparation with performance. Briefings, video review, and tactical guidance help sailors refine decisions and race with clarity.
Video & Debriefs
Every session ends with personalized clips and notes that highlight progress and set direction for the next challenge.
The Boat
The 29er
The boat that shapes future champions.
Why the 29er?
The 29er is the gateway to the world of high-performance sailing. Fast, technical, and explosive, it challenges sailors to think sharper, react quicker, and move in perfect sync with their teammate.
It's where young athletes learn the essentials of speed control, balance, and tactical decision-making, building a foundation that leads to college sailing, Olympic skiffs, and the professional circuit.
Every skill learned here shapes not just better sailors, but true competitors.
